These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings made with Langass Lodge, Locheport, Isle of North Uist, HS6 5HA.

Bookings and payment

Room bookings require a deposit taken at the time of booking. Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival; the full cancellation policy for your dates is shown on the booking system before you confirm. Table bookings can usually be changed or cancelled by contacting us directly.

Third-party booking platforms

"Book a Room" and "Book a Table" on this site link to third-party booking platforms. Your booking contract for a room or table is with Langass Lodge, but the platform itself operates under its own terms of use, which apply to how you interact with that booking page.

Website content

The text, photographs and design on this website belong to Langass Lodge unless stated otherwise, and are provided for general information about the lodge, restaurant and local area. We try to keep prices, menus and availability accurate, but these can change, and the booking system is the definitive source for current rates and availability.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and the site itself available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for loss arising from reliance on content here beyond what is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
